Neuroaffirming psychological support for eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, life transitions and the messy bits in between.

I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves or unsure how to move forward. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based psychological care — while recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy

Specialised Support

Eating Disorders and Body Image

I provide specialised support for people experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns. My approach is neuroaffirming, compassionate and focused on helping you build a healthier relationship with food, your body and yourself.

Trauma and Complex Trauma

Trauma can affect the way we see ourselves, our relationships and the world around us. I provide a safe, grounded space to work through the impact of difficult experiences and develop a stronger sense of safety and connection.

Anxiety, Stress & Life Transitions

Life changes can bring uncertainty, pressure and a lot of emotions. I support people navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship changes, work and career transitions, grief, identity and other periods of adjustment.
